Hi, I'm Alli Noel, an accredited menopause coach dedicated to empowering women to navigate the transformative journey of menopause with confidence and clarity. Through my coaching business, MenoMorphose, I specialise in supporting high-achieving women. Many feel overwhelmed or lost and so need support in demystifying menopause and in implementing practical strategies to help rediscover themselves as capable, confident professionals.

My journey into this field was personal; experiencing premature menopause due to cancer treatment inspired me to provide the support I needed.
