At Innerworks, we believe conflict is not the end of collaboration but the beginning of deeper understanding. Founded by Louise Hyland, PCC, Innerworks specialises in workplace mediation, conflict coaching, and leadership development.
Our trainings in workplace mediation are practical, skills-based, and CPD-accredited, giving managers and leaders the confidence and competence to navigate conflict effectively. Using evidence-based tools such as the CINERGY® Conflict Coaching model, the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP), and Emotional Intelligence assessments (ECR), we equip organisations with frameworks they can apply immediately in real workplace situations.
With over 30 years of leadership experience, Louise and the Innerworks team bring both credibility and compassion, guiding organisations to reduce disputes, strengthen relationships, and build resilient, conflict-positive workplaces.
