It started as a hobby in 1989, and has ... evolved. In 36 years I have discovered a passion for property investment, and since 2017, when we created the limited company, a delight in being able to offer others the oppportunity to be able to benefit from property investment, with none of the increasing administration or hassle.
We take property, add a bucket of love, refinance to repay our investors, and then rent them, ideally to a tenant family, who will remain for the long term.
