Maritsa Inglessis

I work with ambitious owners and founders who want to grow their business, but can feel the people side of things starting to creak.

My work is about making growth feel more possible, more controlled and less reliant on the owner holding everything together.

The owners I work with are often wearing too many hats and struggling to work out what needs their attention first.

Hiring might feel unreliable and expensive because the right people are hard to find.

Sometimes the knowledge is still sitting in the owner’s head and the business does not yet have the team structure, capability, ownership or ways of working in place to let them properly step back.

Sometimes the business has grown, but the way people are hired, onboarded, managed and developed has not kept up.

That is where I come in.

I help clients diagnose what is really going on, work out what needs fixing first and build the people foundations their next stage of growth needs. I work closely with them to build, implement and embed practical ways of working that are understood, used and repeated, so they become part of how the business runs day to day.

That means fewer people problems draining time, money and energy.

Better hiring decisions and new people getting up to speed faster.

Reduced compliance risk, fewer preventable departures, stronger managers and greater confidence that the team can support where the business is going.

Someone once described working with me as “by far the best thing we’ve done for our business” - I’ll happily take that as a benefit too!
