A former scientist turned project manager and now project management consultant and trainer. I lived in 5 different countries, including 13 years in lovely Scotland, before moving back to France in late 2022 after 24 years abroad. I am settled in South West France.

In my business, Coaching Vision, that I first created in 2019, I help small businesses to implement strong project management practices to deliver your new initiatives smoothly and efficiently. Because, as a small business, you don't need full-time project managers but you need strong project management.
