After 25 years of working within SME's, within business development, marketing, people development and operations management, I now bring my skills and experience as a flexible resource to small business owners to help them get past challenges quickly, and achieve more than dared dream.

I use a mixture of business mentoring and project management - as sometimes to make progress people need help knowing what to do - and other times, they just need somebody to get it done for them!

When a small business is not ready to commit to an employee or partner, I can bridge that gap by providing flexible access to an experienced and reliable resource, just at the times that you need it.
