I’m Steph, owner of Pink Spaghetti Ealing & Hammersmith. I provide flexible business support to small business owners, entrepreneurs and busy professionals across West London.

Running a business can mean wearing a lot of hats, and sometimes you simply need someone else to take care of a particular area. You might need help getting on top of your admin and organisation, support with your marketing and social media, or someone to tackle a project that has been sitting on your to-do list for far too long.

My support broadly falls into two areas:

• Admin & organisation
Helping you get organised, stay on top of the day-to-day and free up your time. This could include general administration, inbox and diary support, CRM and client administration, research, processes or project coordination.

• Marketing & social media
Helping you maintain a consistent and professional presence, from social media management and content creation to website updates, marketing administration and making sure your messaging works together across your different platforms.

You can choose support in one area or a combination that works for you.

Two ways to work with me

  • Pick Up, Put Down (PUPD)
    Ideal when you have a one-off project, backlog or something that simply needs sorting. I can come in, get things organised and, where appropriate, leave you with practical systems, templates and resources that you can continue using yourself.

  • Ongoing retainer support
    If you need consistent help, I can work alongside you for an agreed number of hours each month. You get reliable support from someone who gets to know your business, helps keep things moving and provides that extra layer of organisation and accountability.

And if you know you’re busy but don’t really know what you need help with yet, that’s completely normal too. Sometimes a conversation is the best place to start.

For me, networking isn’t just about finding clients. A 1:1 is an obligation-free chance to have a chat, learn about each other and our businesses and share some of the experiences and challenges that come with running one.

We might find a way to work together, I might know someone who needs what you do, or you might know someone who needs what I do. And if none of those things happen, we’ve still made a new connection.
