Shaun Phillips

Having spent years working in technology, I have seen first-hand what happens when businesses invest in new tools without preparing the people who have to use them. Staff get anxious, leaders get overwhelmed and expensive software gathers dust. That pattern is why I founded Tech That Cares.

I bring my combination of deep technology experience, coaching and genuine care for the individuals affected by change. Before touching any technology, we work with leaders and their teams to understand what's really going on - the fears, the skills gaps, the broken processes - and build a clear path forward that everyone can get behind. It's consulting that leaves people better than it found them, not just with new tools but with the confidence and capability to use them.
At its core, Tech That Cares is built on a simple belief: technology should serve people, not
the other way around. We value loving people well, leading from a place of
fullness rather than burnout, authentic connection and restoring wholeness where things have become fragmented. These aren't just words on a wall. They shape every conversation, every workshop, every training and every recommendation. In a market full of consultancies that install tools and disappear, Tech That Cares ensures the change actually sticks and the results show up in hours saved, costs reduced and teams that trust what's coming next.
