Hi, I’m Julie and The Allwyn Collective is the space I wish I’d had years ago.
After 20 years in the corporate world of education, I found myself feeling… disconnected. I’d outgrown the role, the system, and the version of me that once thrived there. I wanted something different. Something meaningful. Something that gave me back my spark.
So I left, and launched a consultancy supporting local entrepreneurs to start, run and grow their businesses - work I still absolutely love.
And then, almost by chance, travel found me. A client asked a simple question… I met someone at a networking event… and in the sunshine of a car park, a seed was planted that quietly changed the direction of my life.
Turning my love of travel into a business felt easy - natural, even. It allowed me to help my clients and business owner colleagues to build an income, freedom and flexibility, while creating the same for myself.
What I’ve learned so far:
✨ I’d missed working with brilliant people — and this business fills that gap beautifully.
✨ I understand the compensation plan, and I can see how it could help me retire my husband early.
✨ I’m in control of what I do and how I do it.
✨ I’ve gained new skills that support my consultancy too.
✨ And maybe most importantly… this business reignited something in me.
Becoming an industry insider means we travel more, experience more and visit places I never imagined would be possible.
