Emma Jenkings

Emma Jenkings is an accredited and CMC-registered workplace mediator, with her company Mosaic Mediation. Emma is passionate about helping people communicate confidently and clearly. With a law degree and having spent a number of years working at the employment tribunal, Emma has seen the consequences of not resolving issues effectively.

She aims to equip organisations and individuals with the skills, knowledge and confidence to improve communication and relationships - both inside the workplace and beyond.

Alongside mediation, Emma is a trained conflict coach and ‘DISC’ practitioner, she provides communication training to managers and teams, and has created a range of e-learning courses on managing conflict, communication, and assertiveness. Though much of her work is focused on relationships in the workplace, Emma enjoys supporting individuals - through one-to-one coaching or self-study e-learning courses - to discover a way of communicating honestly and assertively, without causing unnecessary drama.
