I'm Ellcie, a Business Co-Pilot for purpose-driven founders who are brilliant at what they do and quietly drowning in everything else.
I started my business in 2021, largely by accident, with a genuine love of making things work and a very strong cup of tea. These days I work alongside owners that are scaling their business and their teams, taking the operational weight off their shoulders so they can get back to the work they actually built their business to do.
Outside of work I'm a mum, a lover of a good supply chain puzzle (I know, I know š), and someone who believes pretty firmly that good people deserve incredible businesses.
I'm here because I genuinely believe the best things in business come from real relationships and Iād love to get to know you and find out about your amazing business.
