ONLE Mission and Governance Policy
At ONLE, our mission is at the heart of everything we do. This policy explains what we stand for, how we make decisions, and how we stay accountable to our members and our wider impact goals.
Purpose
ONLE Networking exists to make the proven benefits of business networking - sales generation, peer support, and education - fully accessible online. Our mission is to reduce isolation, improve mental health, and create economic opportunity for small business owners and entrepreneurs who are often underserved by traditional networks.
Our mission statement
ONLE creates meaningful online connections that support wellbeing, inclusion, and sustainable business growth.
Governance approach
Founder accountability: ONLE is co-founded and directed by James and Kelly West, who are responsible for embedding social and environmental impact in all business decisions.
Transparency: We share performance and learning openly with our members through newsletters, community updates, and regular events. Members can see and shape how ONLE develops.
Purpose lock: Our impact goals are embedded into our strategy and decision-making. Growth and profitability are balanced with wellbeing, inclusion, and sustainability.
Policies and playbook: The ONLE Culture Playbook and related policies set out how we maintain our values in practice.
Evidence and reporting
ONLE commits to publishing impact progress in member communications and reviewing this policy annually. We will continue to update policies and resources to reflect best practice in governance, transparency, and accountability.
Accountability
This policy is owned by ONLE’s Directors. All staff, contractors, and franchise owners are expected to act in line with our mission and values.
Review cadence
This policy will be reviewed annually or when governance best practice evolves.
