And now we’re offering you the opportunity to own an ONLE Pod and help us grow our amazing network around the world.
What are ONLE Pods?
Our version of a franchise, an ONLE Pod is initially one networking group with the option to add more in the future. With support from our central team, ONLE Pod owners build their corner of the network. And by leading, supporting and nurturing their network of members within the ONLE brand, they are paid a percentage of the membership.
The ONLE Pod model means you create a recurring monthly income stream that supports your primary source of income, all while doing something you love!

ONLE works by nurturing relationships. And we know there’s no way to fake, hack or automate relationships! This means that for us to grow, we need the right people in our team. People who built their businesses through networking. Who love getting to know people. And who get satisfaction from supporting other business owners.
ONLE Pods allows individuals who fit this profile to run their own group within the ONLE network and ensure every member has a great experience. This gives them a healthy monthly recurring income and grows the network, making it more vibrant and powerful for all of us.

After meeting at networking and successfully growing multiple start-ups mostly through networking, it was clear that the husband and wife team Kelly and James were meant to run a networking business! They believe in the huge and mostly untapped potential of networking to help businesses grow plus provide essential emotional support:

What do ONLE Pod owners get?
As an ONLE Pod owner, you will:
• ‘Own’ a monthly regional ONLE meeting, follow the tried and tested ONLE format.
• Get training, support, marketing collateral and sales support from ONLE HQ to help you run and grow a healthy community.
• Have almost no admin! ONLE deals with bookings, payments, reminders, communications etc. So you can just focus on running great meetings and building a brilliant community.
• Become part of the exclusive ONLE Pods team, led by Kelly West and raise your profile in the network.
• Get paid. We believe in rewarding people so you will can earn a significant recurring monthly income.

What’s involved?
We understand you will already be busy running your own business so we’ve developed ONLE Pod ownership to be simple. With ONLE HQ taking care of the admin and finances of running your group, you are left to do the important part…… taking care of your community. So the bulk of your time will be spent engaging and interacting with your members - which is probably the part you love!
You will be given access to training, a direct line into the central team, brand resources, admin, and sales and marketing support. You have a ready-built programme of member events to send your members to which enhances their membership. And most importantly, you are buying into the ONLE brand of networking and the hard work that has been poured into making it such an appealing way to network.
