“What is an ONLE Mastermind group?”
A mastermind group brings together a small number of business professionals to discuss their challenges and learn from one another. Unlike coaching or mentoring where there is typically one person ‘teaching’ and the other learning, in a mastermind group the participants teach each other. Our Mastermind groups have the added dimension of the ONLE culture, which is built on kindness and mutual support which means these groups go beyond the session itself to create an ongoing support network.
“What will I gain from joining ONLE Mastermind?”
Simply put: our Mastermind members gain the support and knowledge they need to build the business they want. So whether your aim is to grow a big business that can be sold or a business that gives you the perfect balance between income and time, ONLE Mastermind will let you achieve that. ONLE Mastermind is the space beyond the (often exhausting!) day-to-day running of your business that shows you the bigger picture and provides the perspective you need to achieve your goals.
“When will the Mastermind groups take place and what is the format?”
Sessions are 90 minutes long and will take place on a monthly basis. Each member will be given opportunities to share their challenges, ask for feedback and receive a regular spotlight, which will delve into a particular growth challenge. There will also be accountability in the form of goal-based pledges which we set and review.
“What is the cost and is there a minimum commitment?”
Membership to one of these Mastermind groups is £149 including VAT per month for ONLE members (£249 for non-members). Members join for a minimum of six months and attend each meeting to ensure continuity. If a change in circumstances means this commitment can’t be met, we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
“Why can’t I sign up immediately?”
The balance of people is one of the factors which defines the success of a Mastermind group and so we will contact each applicant individually to ascertain suitability and placement. Apply for a space using the form below.
